History
The "Protein Research Center" at Shahid Beheshti University, considering the country's need for biotechnology and recombinant proteins industry, started its activities in the summer of 2013 after the necessary administrative process. Each year, this research center admits students in the field of biochemistry for a Master's degree and welcomes students from all over the country and neighboring countries in related fields for thesis and research projects. Additionally, the center collaborates on diverse research projects with industrial and commercial centers in the field of biology.
